Division

I’ve learned so  far that division is just repeated subtraction.the number that you’re dividing is just getting smaller,for example eight divided by two is four.so all you would do is take eight of something and hand it out to two people until you run out of whatever you were handing out than however many thing those people got that would be you’re answer.but,you might have a remainder so don’t leave that out.Also never skip a step in  divisi0n.that’s what i have learned about  division.

Multiplication

I’ve learned so far that multiplication is just repeated addition.The number  just gets bigger every time.All you’re doing is taking a number and making it bigger,for example 8 times 3=24.So all you would do is add three eight times or add eight 3 times.if you don’t get 24 you might have added one more than needed,or you multiplied wrong.so be careful not to do that or not to get mixed up while you’re multipling or you might have to restart on the whole problem.that’s what i have learned about multiplication so far.
